Observation

Two areas were the white fencing meet the shed/out building where a gap is present wider than 3.5 inches. Outdoor play area has broken plastic bin on ground with sharp edges. Present is broken blue plastic toy throughout small play area. Standing water present in blue container. Standing water present in toy ride on truck that was dumped out at time of visit.
